How do I place an order?
Simply click on a product you like, and add to cart (if it hasn't been sold out), then finish the checkout process just like you would any other website you buy stuff from.
How does Store Pickup work?
As a result of COVID19, our pickup partner has closed their store, so we currently don't offer an in-store pickup option.
Under "normal" conditions though, what we normally do is we partner with select locations in Kingston, Jamaica to allow customers to buy and pickup their orders there. During checkout, all you do is choose the "Store Pickup" option, then choose where you want to pickup your order along with the date & time, then choose your payment option. You can either do cash on pickup, or pay via any major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, etc.).
After I have ordered, when can I pickup my order?
As a result of COVID19, we don't offer pickup for orders currently at this time.
Under "normal" conditions though, what we normally do is all orders placed on or before Wednesdays at 11:59PM on any week, will be able to be picked up on Friday of the same week (or any day after that) during normal business hours of the retail location you chose. All orders placed on or after Thursdays at 12:00AM, will be able to pickup on the Friday of the following week (i.e. 8 days later). While you are checking out, you will receive emails that tell you when you can expect to pickup your order.
Do you ship to countries not listed on the website?
Probably Yes. It depends on the countries. We ship to most countries. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which country you would like shipment to, and we will take care of you.
